To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the invoice and or invoice number inside of the box.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
